Preparation Method

Method 1 - Place the Char Siew directly into a pot of boiling water without thawing and let it cook for 15 - 20 minutes.

Method 2 - Thaw the Char Siew completely and remove the packaging. Then, wrap it with aluminum foil and bake it in an oven or air fryer at 180°C for 10 - 15 minutes.

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen at ≤-18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
