How reward points & membership tiers benefits works?
Membership program implemented on 11th May 2023.
You may redeem the points during your next check out. Once you have a minimum of 1000 points, you will be able to get $5 off.
When will I receive my order?
Thank you for your support! You will receive it within 2-3 working days from placing the order. We will send you a WhatsApp msg the day before delivery. We are closed on weekends and public holiday, but we strive to respond as promptly as possible to all enquiries!
For special delivery requests, please leave a remark with your order and our team will get back to you.
How much is shipping?
Deliveries are available at $4.99 per location, or simply spend $60 and above to enjoy free shipping. Deliveries to Sentosa and Tuas subject to an additional $10 Charge. We are unable to deliver to Jurong Island and restricted areas. Please reach out to us In the event that no one is present to receive the goods, a handling and delivery fee of $4.99 will then be charged for subsequent delivery. Once delivered, goods are considered sold and are non-refundable.
Can I do self-collection?
If you have selected self-collection as the delivery option, we will contact you to confirm the date & time. We are located at 14 Senoko South Road S758075, the available collection timing is 9am - 5pm (Mon-Fri), and 9am - 3pm (Sat).

All prices quoted our website (www.chophupchong.com.sg) are in Singapore Dollar (S$). Prices can be subjected to change without prior notice. Special promotions are valid while stock lasts. All prices quoted are inclusive of a 9% Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Do you accept cash on delivery?
We accept only online payment method.
Can I know if Food Yo product is frozen?
Our soups, broths, char siew, roast pork, marinated meat paste, sliced pork shoulder, sliced pork belly, gravies, bakkwa pau, and bakkwa spring roll are frozen.
Once thawed how long can I keep?
Once thawed please consume it at the soonest possible, within the day itself.
Can I request for reduce sugar for the swiss roll?
For reduce sugar request, there will be a minimum order of 2 of the same flavour as our swiss roll are baked in pair.
How many cubes are there in the cubie chicken collagen?
There are 24 cubes in total.
How many cubes of cubie chicken collagen should I use for a bowl of noodle?
For a bowl of noodle, we recommend using 4 - 5 cubes, but ultimately it is up to individual preference on the richness desire.
Can my baby consume the cubie chicken collagen broth?
Our cubie chicken collagen does not contain any salt. It is up to the parent to decide whether is it suitable, as every babies is difference.
