Golden Mochi

INGREDIENTS

  • Glutinous rice flour - 100 gm
  • Water - 100 gm
  • Salt - 5 gm
  • Krispee Frostee - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 20 gm

 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the Krispee Frostee with sugar evenly. Set aside.
  2. Mix glutinous rice flour, salt and water until dissolve.
  3. Steam at medium heat for 10 min or until cooked.
  4. Transfer mochi on top of Krispee Frostee mixture and cut mochi into bite size.
  5. Coat evenly with Krispee Frostee mixture.
  6. Serve it hot.
