Supply Chain Operation Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement improvement on efficiency and effectiveness of logistics, warehousing functions.
- To automate the warehouse, control tower and assist the transport management
- To execute suitable logistics solutions and its vendors to fulfil logistics solution
- Provide technology solution support in response to key business needs or projects
- Manage various projects implementation related to warehousing/offices (including infrastructure setup, maintenance, migration and decommissioning) with the business stake holder and management
- To create, implement and manage an integrated logistics operation solution to provide end to end visibility and control of the supply chain operation
- Assist in the development of packaging for new and existing food products and integrate them into existing process flow in the production plant
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in supply chain/business/IT or technical field
- Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in logistics/supply chain environment in manufacturing plant
F&B Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets
- Lead a team of F&B staffs
- Administer staff record, monthly sales submit reports, handling all supplies invoices & Tally staffs over time and payroll.
- Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations both service & kitchen
- Maintain update records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results of outlets
- Ensure outlets in maintained according to sanitation and cleaning standards
- Ensure that all staff provide a courteous standard of service and deal with any customer/staff issues which arise during operation hours
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years experienced in food and beverage management
- Experience of managing department budgets, stocks and cost control
- Computer literate and with decision making skills
- Strong leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relations with customers and staffs.
