This painstaking process allows the natural colour and flavour of the pandan to shine through in the cake. No artificial paste, pandan essence or colouring are used. We’ve even taken the extra step to eliminate ALL chemicals by omitting baking soda, baking powder and cream of tartar.
This means you can savour pandan cake baked in the most traditional way possible: pure and uncomplicated goodness.
