Fire Char Siew 220g (Frozen)

220g– serves 2-3 pax

Marinated and roasted traditionally over charcoal for hours. The slow roasting process locks in the flavour and marinade, keeping the meat juicy and succulent.

Serving instructions:

(1) Without thawing, put in boiling water bath for 15-20 minutes

OR

(2) Fully thawed, remove the packaging. Wrap the char siew with aluminium foil and bake with oven / air fryer at 180°C for 10-15 minutes

Ingredients: Pork, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar, Caramel), Fish Sauce (Fish, Salt), Corn Starch, Salt, Pepper, Permitted Food Colouring

Storage Guideline: Keep Frozen. Once thawed do not refreeze
