Handmade from scratch using all natural ingredients. We even took the extra step to eliminate ALL chemicals by omitting baking soda, baking powder and cream of tartar. Yes, our cakes have NO baking soda or baking powder.

Storage Guidelines: Keep in frozen within a month. Thaw in chiller and serve within 3 days
A quirky take on the traditional Char Siew Pau, the Bakkwa Pau features a steamed bun that is soft and fluffy on the outside and filled with our savoury and smoky bakkwa inside.
The addition of sesame gives it an aromatic kick while chunky bits of bakkwa give this Pau extra bite. Proudly made in Singapore using 100% natural bakkwa, with ZERO added MSG, preservatives, artificial flavouring and colouring.
To serve, simply steam for 10-15 minutes, or until piping hot.
Storage: Keep Frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
