Storage: As no preservatives are added, it can be kept in an airtight container for 7 days at room temperature. Otherwise, store 14 days in the fridge or 1 month in freezer. Reheat by lightly toasting, microwaving or steaming the bakkwa before eating. Equally delicious when stir-fried into fried rice!
