A quirky take on the traditional char siew bao, the Bakkwa Pau features a steamed bun that is soft and fluffy on the outside and filled with our savoury and smoky bakkwa inside. The addition of sesame gives it an aromatic kick while chunky bits of bakkwa give this Pau extra bite.
Proudly handmade in Singapore using 100% natural ingredients, with ZERO added MSG, preservatives, artificial flavouring and colouring.
Storage: As there are no preservatives, the baos can be kept for 3-5 days in the chiller. To serve, steam for 5-10 minutes.
